Local Microbreweries and Wineries go head to head in their respective categories to earn the People’s Choice and the Judge’s Choice awards.
At just 6 tickets per tasting, this event is a great opportunity to try a variety of local microbrews and wines!
Wine Pull
Friday, August 15th | 6:00pm - 7:30pm
For 5 tickets, pull a concealed wine bottle that is of equal or greater value.
Hot Sauce Competition
Friday, August 15th | 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Sample and purchase local vendor hot sauce! The vendors will enter their best red-hot-sauce to be judged.
Bean Bag Tournament
Saturday, August 16th | 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Become the next Bean Bag Champ and earn a cash prize and T-shirt!
Sign-up begins at 12:30pm the day of the Tournament in the South Tent.
Entry is $10 per person or $20 per team with a limit of 24 teams.
Eating Contests
Saturday, August 16th | 4:30pm Championship Spaghetti Eating
Saturday, August 16th | 5:30pm Championship Hot Pepper Eating
Teams of 5 compete by eating ONE POUND each of Spaghetti or Hot Peppers!
Register at the Pepper Fest Main Stage prior to the contest start time. Registrations are not confirmed until the entry fee is paid onsite prior to the contest start. Cash prizes and Championship T-shirts are awarded.
Cooking Competition
Sunday, August 17th | Noon - 1:30pm
Who will be this year’s Top Chef? Local chefs will compete in a live cooking challenge where the use of PEPPERS is required!
